8 dates (pitted)
1/2 pbFit butter (1/2 cup pbFit powder +2 tbs almond milk) - can sub Nuttzo butter!!!
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs protein powder (vanilla or PB)
1/2 cup + 2 tbs rolled oats
1 tbs coconut shreds
1 tbs pumpkin seeds

1/4 cup diced apples
- drop 8 dates into boiling water to soften. let sit for 5-7 minutes.
blend 1/2 cup pbFit powder +2 tbs almond milk in a small cup / bowl.
drop the "the wet" (softened dates, pbFit butter, and 1 tbs apple cider vinegar) into a food processor and blend until smooth.
blend together all "the dry" in a medium bowl.
fold in "the wet" mix and the diced apples in the dry mix. refrigerate for 10 minutes.
remove from fridge and shape balls into 1-inch balls.
