clean 'n greens smoothie

as we all know...gainful protein powder is the best 😇 I am HUGE on colors, so try to mix different fruits and veggies with the protein powder in my morning smoothies. this one was was too beautiful not to share! at 32g protein in this one 'lil shake, it's a must! give it a go before or after my full-body HIIT circuit, posted a few rows back! 🥬 🍌 🥑 🥛

ingredients

¼ cup frozen cauliflower

½ frozen banana (for KETO, remove banana and add more cauliflower)

1/4 avocado (can omit, but makes it perfectly creamy and heart-healthy added fats! )

1 cup spinach or kale

½ cup unsweetened nut milk (more / less depending how thick you take your smoothies!)

1 scoop Gainful protein powder (50% Gainful custom protein powder: here)

Optional: 1 scoop Amazing Grass Super Greens

process

  1. Toss all ingredients into blender. Blend ‘em up! 
  2. Top with anything your heart desires - granola, berries, sliced bananas, etc.!
