1 ripe banana
1/4 cup apple sauce
1 tbs honey
1.5 scoops cookies 'n cream protein powder (50% Gainful custom protein powder: here)
3 tbs flax meal
3 tbs rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
- preheat oven to 375. line muffin tray with liners - spray with avocado oil.
- mix all ingredients (except chocolate chips) together in a medium bowl. fold in chocolate chips.
- fill muffin liners 3/4 full with batter. place small slices of banana on the top for a pretty touch!!
- bake for 12-14 minutes. let cool...or don't :)
