2 tbs chia seeds
¼ cup cashews
2 tbs unsweetened cacao powder
2 tbs shredded coconut
¼ cup + 1 tbs nut butter
1 cup medjool dates
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut oil
place 1 cup of dates in boiling hot water for 10 mins.
- blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor.
- spread thick mixture into square loaf pan. sprinkle with tiny dash of salt, the chocolate chips + shredded coconut.
- refrigerate for four hours. sliiiiice.
