¼ cup frozen cauliflower
⅓ frozen banana (note: can substitute with ⅓ cup frozen mango slices)
½ cup red mixed berries
1 cup spinach
½ cup unsweetened nut milk (more / less depending how thick you take your smoothies!)
1 scoop Gainful protein powder (I used PB Chocolate, but Vanilla and/or Cookies ‘N Cream would taste incredible too)
Optional: 1 scoop Amazing Grass Supergreens powder
Toppings: unsweetened coconut shreds, chia seeds, 4-5 raspberries, few slices of cut mango, ⅓ sliced banana, cocoa nibs
- Toss all ingredients (except ‘toppings’) into blender. Blend ‘em up!
- Pour into medium size bowl, then drop your favorite toppings on. devour!
