ultimate superbowl snackies

want to keep it fun - but also nutrient-dense? check these out.

Superbowl is teeeeechnically considered a holiday in america. It's an excuse to have a party and hang out with friends - whether you like watching dudes toss around the pigskin ... or have never watched a 🏈 game in your life.

Below are my top four healthier snack ideas to make for the big game...whether your're going to a potluck style gathering - or just eat solo dolo.

Sweet Potato Nachos

A spin on the OG nacho "bar food", these sweet potatoes offer a much more nutrient-dense and filling edge. You'll need some simple ingredients like sweet potatoes, olive oil, seasonings, and choice toppings - from Greek yogurt and Jalapeños, to avocado and black beans.

SWEET POTATO NACHOS

Savory Whipped Feta Dip

It's as easy as feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt/pepper, and dill. Absolutely perfect veggies, pita bread, and crackers...plus loaded with calcium, B12, and protein.

WHIPPED FETA DIP

Pink Beet Dip

Like feta dip listed above, this be dip is an absolute crowdpleaser – not only for its color but also for its tangy tasty. I recommend pairing it with pita chips, carrots, cucumber, pita bread, and a spoon... 🥄 👀 🤭

BEET DIP

Zucchini Cabbage Fritters

These taste incredible with the homemade beet dip, homemade Tzatziki, OR the whipped feta! You can even use them as buns for your sandwiches or burgers. They're the perfect cake-esque texture...crispy and crunchy while still having a soft and tender internal texture.

ZUCCHINI CABBAGE FRITTERS

Ooey Gooey Almond Butter Blossoms

eating a mixture ddd fats, carbs, and proteins at a meal can ensure satiety (fullness) and longer lasting energy.
